^That's what I meant by "it depends on what Unicron version we're going by" I'm going to go by the version you're describing and say that Unicron wins.

I only know two versions and to be honest, the second one makes no sense whatsoever, so I stuck with the one that is sensible.
I'm not sure what other versions of Unicron exist.

Also, for the sake of this topic, I go for quantifiable concepts, not stuff that doesn't make sense.
If I didn't follow that rule, every match would flip back and forth between absurdly chaotic to lame.
It seems every writer will change the characters to be more or less powerful depending on their whim and not necessarily follow the established canon because nobody remembers it.

Well, I remember it! :D

I just realised that the Anti-Monitor from DC may stand a chance

Sounds like he could defeat Galactus, but that's an unknown variable.
However, he has a disadvantage, it mentions that he was once defeated by a carefully thought out plan.
And Galactus happens to be highly intelligent, so if his power isn't enough to defeat an opponent, he uses his brains.

As for Unicron however, there's no chance.
It essentially would be a battle of stalemate, they'd just end up slugging each other with no result.

And as it turns out, Galactus actually does have a means of destroying the universe.
I'd forgotten about it since he never uses this weapon.
And for a planet eater, it would be counter-productive, as he'd have nothing left to eat!
The weapon is called the Ultimate Nullifier and he said once that he is the only one who can use it properly.
But even though he has it, he's never dared to use it, because the results might be too unpredictable.
Apparently, from the Abraxas storyline, it's a weapon of ultimate last resort, to be used against enemies that are too destructive to be allowed to exist.

But it sounds like Anti-Monitor would qualify as a one of those enemies.
So I'd guess Galactus would not hesitate to use the weapon on him if it came down to it.

So, if Galactus happens to start getting beat down, he uses the Nullifer which makes the target it's aiming for *bad pun incoming* null? It definetley sounds deadly from the name of it.

Considering the one and only time it was used, it erased the target completely from existence, oh yes, it is deadly.
And it really did erase him, all alternate timelines, past and future versions.

But Galactus would have to be truly desperate to use it, as I said, he's so reluctant to use it, he'll try every other avenue first to avoid using the Ultimate Nullifier.
And the enemy would have to be attempting to destroy the universe, he won't use it for any threat less then that magnitude.

Hence why he'd use it on Anti-Monitor, who wants to do just that!

Yeah, they'd have to be universe wreckers if Galactus were to use the Nullifer.

I guess it depends. :?:
What does Lex have in this fight? I'm sure joker has a bit of skill but i don't know about Lex, although Lex looks a bit capable of holding his own. I haven't looked into Lex deeply but he seems to always have a few deadly tricks up his sleeve.
