Fireworks display and Victory message

Hello I am just creating a new toy box. it has 4 successive waves of enemies that I have created. I want to now have a Victory or Enemies Defeated message plus some fireworks to go off but I cannot find the individual fireworks cannons. I have found the Party Canon perhaps that will work.
Anyone know where they are located I keep scrolling through Creativity Toys and Instant Fun and can't find them.

Also How would I create some on screen message similar to countdown. I don't see the logic toy for that.

and lastly where do you guys place all you logic toys in the toy box. do you make like a separate room for them?

I usually have a few terrain blocks directly below the main level for my toys.

The cannon should be in either Creativitoys, gameplay or instant fun. Make sure you bought it from the toy store.

You can set the properties on the enemy wave generator to countdown before it starts.
