I've submitted a few toy boxes to Disney in 3.0 but none of them have been put on community content. Has this happened to anyone else and is there anything I could do?
CC What do you mean by filter? Do they use an automated process to publish community levels? How long do we wait before seeing if there is something wrong and is Tyler the only person to speak with?
You can contact Allison but she takes longer to reply. All toyboxes must pass through a filter. Generally if there is something that is either flagged because of an error or content it will not pass through the filter. There has been a few toyboxes that have failed this filter that have gone on to winning challenges because Tyler was contacted and released them. Sometimes the same or similar names cause it to not go through the filter. I had one take almost a week to show up cuz of it. I'm not sure if it is automated when publishing the levels or not. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
