I'm choosing one for the beginning of this topic.
sWooZie:
sWooZie has got to be my in my favorites when it comes down to his stories. He is also religous so he in turn keeps his videos clean despite his especially close calls. He has had funny and entertaining experiences. :D He's also met several celebrities that translate into vlogs from his experiences at the hardrock hotel working as a life guard.

This may seem rather obvious, but Pewdiepie is awesome, aswell as Timothy DeLaGhetto, Ricky Shucks, DeStorm, Ray William Johnson and NigaHiga :)

My favorite Internet Star right now is Ryan Higa (aka NigaHiga). :)

Mark from Classic Game Room, great and entertaining reviews there! I also enjoy stuff from Johnny Millenium, better known as Happy Console Gamer, and James Rolfe (Cinemassacre and AVGN).

I can never get into stuff like Pewdiepie... Not my thing at all.

Does Fallout: NukaBreak count?

It's a spinoff webseries based on the computer game Fallout: New Vegas.

I like it for the story, humor and the way they've faithfully recreated props in real life that exist in the computer game.

I don't know whether they did it in CGI or made it physically, but the Securitron (a robot) Barker (for the story Red Star) had to be the hardest thing they made.

Does VSauce count? He's EASILY the best of them, in my opinion. :) He does something very different to all the other "popular" Internet stars, he continues to provide quality content and seems to genuinely care about his watchers. That goes for all three channels.

Otherwise, I like James Rolfe (AVGN) because his content feels much more "humble" than other critics, and
Doug Walker(Nostalgia Critic), because his reviews are very detailed(and they always end up having some nice twist, I still laugh every time I watch the Catwoman review  ).

It's not necessarily the language, although that could be a small factor of it. I just don't like watching gameplay video's of something with a person talking over it all the time. Video reviews are totally different in that matter, just clips of gameplay and the person is actually talking about the game itself instead of the current situation they are in.
