Posted: Sat Jun 18, 2016 8:19 amI watched 'Battle for the planet of the apes' last night. The fifth film in the original 70s series. The apes and people are living together, though the apes are in charge ( lead by Caesar ). Radiation mutated humans attack them, and a very underwhelming battle ensues. The budget was so low by this point it was barely TV worthy. I watched it literally to finish the box set, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wasn't a big fan. DO watch the other 4 though ( in order ). But number 4 'Conquest' is hampered by low production values too.
