Disney Store question?

So....I purchased the Anna Classic 12" doll from the Disney store, and was wondering.....how do I know if it shipped? I ordered it yesterday, and don't know exactly when it should ship....or if it already has! Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Did they send you a confirmation email after you ordered the Anna doll? If they did, then they are about to ship it.

This is from what I saw when I looked at the doll you purchased.

Under delivery it says: Delivery

Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 7-9 business days, personalized items will arrive within 10-12 business days. Exceptions include customized items and items shipped from locations other than our main warehouse. 2-Day Express and 3-Day Express Delivery are also available for an extra charge. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for personalized express orders to ship.

But I heard some people had some bad experiences when it came to shipping from Disney Store online. I never tried it yet but My Mom used to go to the Disney Store like all the time to get Disney stuff. So it's been a while since we been to a Disney Store and also purchasing not just in stores but also online. Wish I could help but I just hope that you'll get your Anna doll in like a week or so. So be patient.

I ordered Elsa, two days ago...and she still has not been shipped! I really don't like how Disney Stores shipping works!!

^Well, look on the reviews online regarding how long does the items from Disney Store ship. There were some complaints regarding it. So yeah, I feel sorry for you. You just got Anna and now you're getting Elsa. I can feel you. You want the sisters to be together which is pretty sweet. ^^ I guess the best thing I can say is just be patient and wait till it officially ships from Disney Store. But once you get it though, hope you enjoy both Anna and Elsa together. That's what matters.
