Disney Infinity Fans pay it forward is intended to provide registered forum members with a way to help each other by sending play sets, figures and power discs just for the cost of postage and a pledge that the person receiving an item will also pay it forward.


- when listing an item to pay forward

each item available should have a separate listing but a single image showing all items available can be used on multiple listings.

listing subject line: should state the item available to be sent. once an item has been sent the person listing the item should edit the subject line and add SENT. the topic will then be locked by a member of the moderation team.

listing description: should contain a brief description of the item available. the listing should ideally also contain an image no larger than 550x550 of the item showing a piece of paper next to the item with the forum name of the item owner written on it. please also state which countries you will send to.

contacting the person to send to: to allow people with limited internet access time to express an interest, the person listing the item should wait between 7 and 10 days after listing to choose a person to send the item to. once the lister has chosen a person they would like to send to they should make contact via personal message to arrange payment for postage.

payment for postage: when making financial payment both parties involved may choose any available payment method. payment and shipping should if at all possible be made on the same day.

shipping: items should be packed to avoid damage in transit. unless mutually agreed by both parties, shipping should be made using a method that allows tracking.

- if you are interested in an item that has been listed

to express interest in an item simply post "i am interested and i will pay it forward" in the topic for that item.

the lister will contact the chosen person directly. when requesting an item please work on the basis that if you have not been contacted then unfortunately you were not chosen to receive the item.

if you are requesting a figure and only have a power disc to pay forward then that is acceptable. all that is requested is that you do pay one item forward for each item you receive.

please be honest and only request items that you need to complete your own collection.

Way cool Sheriff! I was just looking at a stack of "Rapunzel's Birthday Sky" disks, and thought about giving them away on here. Glad to see a new section dedicated to such a thing. I guess it was meant to be, considering this pops up on the day I finally traded for my last elusive power disk. Sweet Karma!

Wait... So by "pay it forward", you mean you have to pay $13? Or give them another figure in return? I don't get it.

^ "pay it forward" is an expression saying that you return the favor. i.e. if you ask for something you should in turn offer something to someone else.

so let's say you need a figure and you take the sheriff up on his generosity. you'd work that out with him and then if/when you have something extra to offer you put it up here for someone else if they need it thus keeping the giving going so that fellow forum users can further complete their collections

say you get a character, would you need to repay a character or power discs to the equivalent value or up to the person/people involved?

Doesn't that mean someone could get a figure, and then dump away a double power disc they have, in return. Seems a little unfair.
